At the invitation of the Business Proceses Management, the Total Quality Manegment Team met with the Proceses Team. The meeting focused on discussing implementation plans and the initial steps for automating Total Quality Management processes and transforming them into integrated digital systems.

This joint collaboration aims to accelerate workflows and ensure the application of the highest quality and governance standards across all transactions carried out by the Total Quality Management, in line with the university’s strategic direction towards comprehensive digital transformation.

In this context, this collaboration extends the proactive steps already taken by the Total Quality Managment department. The internal audit process – one of the core processes of the quality management system was fully digitized several months ago through the department’s own efforts and internal execution.
