On Wednesday, the 15th of the holy month of Ramadan, March 4th, the Total Quality Management department organized a training workshop targeting the team of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Scienes
The first day’s activities were opened by Prof. Rafik Elmehdawi, who delivered a comprehensive presentation on the nature and importance of the self-study as a fundamental pillar for developing educational programs, Dr. Sara Gleesa also provided a detailed explanation on how to formulate the components of the educational program standard, ensuring the quality of educational outcomes and their full alignment with approved national standards.
وعلى صعيد الجانب التطبيقي، تضمنت الورشة جلسات تدريبية مكثفة قدمها كل من أ. فتحي الفزاني و د. سعاد المصراتي حول معايير: "التخطيط" والقيادة والحوكمة" و "الشؤون الطلابية". وقد اتسمت هذه الجلسات بالطابع التفاعلي، حيث ركزت على الجانب الميداني لكيفية استيفاء مؤشرات المعايير، مع تدريب المشاركين عملياً على طرق حصر وتجهيز الأدلة والشواهد اللازمة التي تثبت كفاءة الأداء الإداري والقيادي بالكلية، وضمان جاهزيتها للتقييم.
