On Wednesday, the 15th of the holy month of Ramadan, March 4th, the Total Quality Management department organized a training workshop targeting the team of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Scienes
The first day’s activities were opened by Prof. Rafik Elmehdawi, who delivered a comprehensive presentation on the nature and importance of the self-study as a fundamental pillar for developing educational programs, Dr. Sara Gleesa also provided a detailed explanation on how to formulate the components of the educational program standard, ensuring the quality of educational outcomes and their full alignment with approved national standards.
On the practical side, the workshop included intensive training sessions delivered by Mr. Fathi Alfazani and Dr. Suad Almisrati on the standards of: "Planning", "Leadership and Governance", and "Student Affairs". These sessions were highly interactive, focusing on the field aspect of how to meet the indicators of the standards. Participants received hands-on training on methods for identifying and compiling the necessary evidence and documentation that demonstrate the efficiency of the college's administrative and leadership performance, and ensure its readiness for evaluation.
