Based on the Libyan International University’s commitment to quality and excellence in all its academic and administrative activities, the university places great importance on implementing comprehensive quality standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement among its members, in a way that contributes to achieving its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. In this context, the university has been keen to prepare the Quality Manual, to serve as a comprehensive reference document that includes a clear framework for the Total Quality Management system and provides the necessary guidelines to ensure its efficient and effective application in all administrative and academic units.
