On Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, the Business Operations Management department organized a distinguished workshop on Process Modeling using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) concepts and symbols. The workshop aimed to enhance the skills of the Total Quality Management department’s members.
The session was presented by Engineers Aynor Afliheh and Maram Fadhl. It covered the fundamental theoretical concepts of modeling, providing participants with a clear understanding of its core principles. The workshop also featured a crucial practical component, where attendees engaged in modeling several real-world processes.
