Training Session on “How to Formulate Quality Standards”

In the framework of unifying concepts and promoting the culture of quality—a core pillar of the Libyan International University (LIMU) since its establishment—the Total Quality Management (TQM) Department at LIMU organized a distinctive training course.

Held yesterday morning, Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the course was titled: “How to Formulate Quality Standards.”

The session was delivered by Prof. Rafiq Al-Mahdi, Vice Director of the Total Quality Management Department, and was attended by members of the TQM team. The objective was to develop their skills in preparing and formulating standards in a professional and systematic manner.

The course was distinguished by the active engagement and constructive discussions of the attendees, which contributed to establishing a unified understanding of quality concepts within the university.

This course is part of a series of training programs aimed at elevating the quality system and achieving institutional excellence.

The session was also notably attended by Prof. Mustafa Al-Fakhiri, Director of Postgraduate Studies, who is one of the most prominent stakeholders and motivators in this field. His presence, as one of the university’s leading figures, serves as an encouragement for continuous learning and training, affirming the university’s motto: “Lifelong Learning.”
