Total Quality Management Holds an Expanded Meeting to Review Current Performance Indicators and Outline Future Directions

Total Quality Management and its standards represent a fundamental pillar of the institution’s international orientation, serving as a guiding framework for all its activities.

Based on this, the Total Quality Management Department held an expanded evaluation meeting on Monday morning, March 30, 2026, at the Academic Hall. The meeting was chaired by the Director of the Department, Dr. Abdulmajid Hussein, in the presence of the Deputy Director, Dr. Rafiq Al-Mahdawi, and with the active participation of all members of the quality team.

The meeting included a comprehensive review of the achievements made during the previous period, where a number of completed tasks and periodic reports were presented, reflecting the department’s commitment to implementing institutional excellence standards and ensuring that work progresses in line with the established plans.

In addition, the meeting outlined the main features of the upcoming roadmap, which aims to enhance performance efficiency and further develop the adopted mechanisms in alignment with the institution’s strategic directions. Particular emphasis was placed on completing ongoing files and accelerating the pace of progress in future initiatives.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Abdulmajid Hussein expressed his appreciation for the efforts made, emphasizing the importance of maintaining this developmental approach. For his part, Dr. Rafik Elmehdawi commended the team’s competence and dedication, praising the high level of performance clearly reflected in the achieved results, and encouraging everyone to sustain this momentum to achieve further successes in the coming phases.
