Total Quality Management Continues Its Outstanding and Intensive Work

As part of the ongoing efforts of the Total Quality Management Department to enhance institutional efficiency, the second day of the training workshop for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences team on Mechanisms for Preparing the Self-Study Report was successfully conducted.

The second day marked a full transition to the practical and intensive training aspect, where the Total Quality Management team delivered interactive sessions focused on how to develop evidence and supporting documentation for several key standards.

The training sessions were delivered by: Dr. Nada Ben Ali, Mr. Abdulmonem Abousala, Mr. Musab Albarghathi, and Dr. Huwaida Khattab.

The workshop emphasized hands-on training in developing evidence and documentation for a range of standards, including: Faculty Members Standard, Facilities Standard, Quality Standard, as well as Research and Community Service Standards. The workshop witnessed strong engagement between the trainers and the faculty team, contributing to simplifying documentation processes and clarifying how to extract the required evidence and supporting materials that accurately reflect the college’s current status and strengthen its academic profile.
