Total Quality Management Organizes Training Workshop on “Self-Study Preparation Mechanisms” for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

On Wednesday, the 15th of the holy month of Ramadan, March 4th, the Total Quality Management department organized a training workshop targeting the team of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Scienes

The first day’s activities were opened by Prof. Rafik Elmehdawi, who delivered a comprehensive presentation on the nature and importance of the self-study as a fundamental pillar for developing educational programs, Dr. Sara Gleesa also provided a detailed explanation on how to formulate the components of the educational program standard, ensuring the quality of educational outcomes and their full alignment with approved national standards.

On the practical side, the workshop included intensive training sessions presented by Mr. Fathi Alfazani and Dr. Soad Almesraty on the standards of: “Planning,” “Leadership and Governance,” and “Student Affairs.” These sessions were characterized by an interactive nature, focusing on the field aspect of how to fulfill standard indicators, while practically training participants on methods for inventorying and preparing the necessary evidence and artifacts that demonstrate the efficiency of administrative and leadership performance at the college, ensuring its readiness for evaluation.
